SE: Welcome Mel! So glad to be a part of this box set with you! Have you ever been part of a box set before?

MC: My most recent box set is Sweet Christmas Kisses, which is 14 holiday themed romances without on-screen sex (quite different from this set – lol)

SE: That’s right! I downloaded that the other day! How did you get involved in this set?

MC: I heard through the grapevine that some authors were putting together a set with alpha heroes. I submitted a sample of my writing to the leader of the set and was welcomed into the set

SE: Glad you were. What did you think of the process – or what was your favorite part of the process?

MC: The most interesting part of the process for me is cover design. With so many people, there are so many different ideas. It generates great discussion and many pictures of washboard abs.

SE: lol… Oh yes it did! Tell us about your book that is in our box set:

MC: Amber Rules is book 1 of 5 in my fun and sexy Hollywood Rules series. I started the series because I love those Hollywood gossip shows, reading People magazine, seeing stars’ tweets, etc. I combined this fascination with my love of the NBA so I have a pool of hot heroes. Also, since I also write small town romance, I wanted something big and larger than life. Hollywood+NBA=everything you love to talk about.
